As a Senior Graphic Designer, I developed a visual brand guide to ensure consistent branding and led UX improvements through tools like Hotjar and A/B testing to boost engagement. Utilized 3D software, and managed a design team by creating design templates to create scalable content for Shopify and Amazon, significantly enhancing e-commerce performance.

As a Graphic Designer, I collaborated on editorial designs and created wireframes to optimize email campaigns and user engagement. Managed photography, video editing, and cross-functional collaboration to effectively align design and marketing strategies.

Pacific Union College Campus Chronicle | 2013—15
As Lead Designer, I designed and typeset layouts for print editions, ensuring each issue was polished and ready for publication. Created custom cover art for every issue and prepared content for digital distribution on the website.
